Call Henry, Inc. (CHI) is a privately owned company incorporated in the State of Florida in 1990 to specialize in operating and maintaining Government, commercial, and private facilities. CHI is a well established, financially sound facilities operating and maintenance company with extensive experience performing multifunctional contracts, fixed-price and cost-type.

At the core of the company is a staff of managers and engineers who have worked as a team for over 25 years. CHI is managed by some of the most experienced Government facilities operation and maintenance senior managers in the world. Our performance record is excellent and our Customer Satisfaction ratings are always in the excellent category.

We are a company of innovators. Our managers were among the first to apply higher technologies such as bar-coding and thermography to the field of operations and maintenance. We were among the first to recognize the advantages of computers in support of the field of operations and maintenance services.
